Etadly collects and processes personal information in order to provide the services described in the general conditions of use of the site. This collection is mandatory in order to use these services.
Recipient of the data
The data collected is primarily intended for the Site's Client as described in the General Conditions of Use and Sale. It is also intended for the signatories of the property inventory who have access to the information mentioned on the signature page of each inventory of fixtures.
The Customer's email address may be provided to the company that handles Etadly's payments and invoices: Stripe.
Analytics cookies are used by Google Analytics to provide a better service and analyze slow pages.
Data conservation length
The inventory of fixtures and properties are kept until the user deletes the account. The photos and signatures are kept until the signature of the associated inventory of fixtures then are immediately and definitively deleted. They can only be found on the pdf of the inventory of fixtures.
Data Secure
No data recorded by the user is available via an open internet link. It is necessary to have the required and varied keys to be able to access it (password, 36-character identification token...)

Right to file a complaint
The Customer may lodge a complaint by writing to the data controller.
Right of access to data
The data recorded by the user is available on the Site through his Account. He is the only one to have access to these data.
Right of rectification
The Customer can correct or complete his data through his Account on the Site.
Right of opposition and deletion of data
The Client may permanently delete his account. This action is irreversible and renders unavailable all the inventories that he has previously made on the site. Indeed, all the files and all the associated data are deleted. His Credits are also permanently lost.
Right to data portability
The Customer has the possibility to download the data he/she has registered on the site. The pdf files must be downloaded manually.
